• Heading south on I-5, take exit 154B, for Southcenter Blvd & Mall. At the light at the bottom of the ramp you will continue straight on 53rd Avenue South, crossing over Southcenter Blvd. Go about 1/2 block, & take the first right, and then another right into the parking lot at the back of the building. You will see the back door to the office space and the front door to the warehouse space straight ahead at the low end of the parking lot.
• Heading north on I-5, take exit 153 for Southcenter Parkway North. Turn left on Southcenter Pkwy heading north. Go around the mall and take the first left at 61st Avenue So. which takes you up a small hill (over 405) to Southcenter Blvd. Take a left on Southcenter Blvd and stay in the left lane proceeding straight under the I-5 freeway. Take a left at the light at 53rd Ave S. Go ½ block and turn right and then turn right into the parking lot.
• Heading South on I-405, take the exit for Southcenter Blvd. Stay to the left, and then take a left at the stop sign onto Southcenter Blvd. Stay to the left and proceed straight under the I-5 freeway to the light and take a left at 53rd Ave S. Go ½ block and take a right and take the next right into the parking lot.
• Heading east on Highway 518 take the Southcenter exit. Turn right on Klickitat Dr. and follow it over I-5 to Southcenter Parkway. Turn left and follow Southcenter parkway around the mall and take the left at 61st Avenue South, up a small hill (over 405) and to Southcenter Blvd. Take another left onto Southcenter Blvd. Stay in the left lane that will take you straight and under the I-5 freeway, and take another left at the light at 53rd Ave So. Go ½ block and take a right and take another right into the parking lot.

Head North on I-5
Take Tukwila Exit to WA-599
Highway 599 will connect into Highway 99
Take Highway 99 towards East Marginal Way
Turn left onto East Marginal Way
Turn left onto Idaho Street use left hand turn lane
Turn right onto unmarked street before the Fiberlay building
Follow road and turn left on S Nevada Street

From North
Head South on I-5
Take the James Street exit
Continue straight onto 6th Avenue
Turn left on Columbia street
Merge onto Highway 99 heading South via Alaskan way ramp
Turn right onto S Nevada Street

Parking Information:
Plenty of parking on site! There are two large mobile mini containers on the outlet property - please park west of the containers.

• Merge onto I-405 North via the ramp on the left toward Renton
• Take the WA-167 North exit (Exit 2), toward Renton/Auburn
• Merge onto WA-167 South toward Kent/Auburn
• Take the exit toward Algona/Pacific
• Turn left onto Ellingson Rd
• Turn Right onto Pacific Ave. North
• End at 221 Pacific Ave. South.

• Take the M L King Way exit, Exit 157
• Merge onto Martin Luther King Jr. Way S.
• Make a U-turn at S. Walden Street onto Martin Luther King Jr. Way S.
• End at 4015 Martin Luther King Jr. Way (Yancy)
• Site is located between Yancy and Andover Streets on MLK Way
• Come back to Andover Street to park

 

From I-5 Heading South:

 

• Merge onto I-5 S
• Merge onto I-90 E via Exit 164 toward Bellevue/Spokane
• Take the Rainier Ave S exit, Exit 3
• Turn right onto Rainier Ave S/WA-167
• Turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Way S
• End at 4015 Martin Luther King Jr. Way (Yancy Street)
• Site is located between Yancy and Andover Streets on MLK Way
• Come back to Andover Street to park

Park at the Community Center

Parking Information

Please park in the Community Center/Police Station or on side streets. Please do not park in the cul-de-sac that the homes are being built in.

Directions to the High Point Building Site:

From I-5:

• Take the W SEATTLE BR exit to West Seattle
• Follow the West Seattle Bridge over the Port of Seattle
• Stay to the left
• Take the 35^th Street exit
• Follow 35^th Street, heading south until you reach SW Morgan.  Take left on SW Morgan.
• Go two blocks on Morgan.  Site is on your right at the corner of 32^nd and SW Morgan.
