The Washington Homeownership Center (WHC), a nonprofit information and referral service for low to moderate-income first-time homebuyers in Washington State. They provide neutral and unbiased information, education and referrals to help individuals and families achieve home ownership. Homestead Community Land Trust (HCLT), a nonprofit organization that helps low to moderate-income families purchase their first homes in Seattle. HCLT owns the land under homes purchased through their program, keeping the home prices affordable. Families who make too much income to qualify for Habitat for Humanity, or are not chosen for a Habitat home are encouraged to look into HCLT’s program. Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King Co.
