Increasing numbers of families are finding it difficult to find housing they can afford near their place of employment and the tragedy of homelessness persists and includes large and growing numbers of families with young children. Additionally, foreclosure rates for failed subprime mortgages have skyrocketed to a level requiring unprecedented government intervention.

Habitat for Humanity’s mission and methods offer lasting community transformation.
